Howell Resident Indicted on Burglary Charge

Monmouth County Grand Jury hands down indictments

Jeffrey Smith, 44, whose last known address was Carol Lane in Howell and Wanda R. Williams, 45, of Asbury Park were indicted on several charges by a Monmouth County Grand Jury. 

Smith was indicted on one count of third degree burglary for an incident on or about October 17, 2012 when he was alleged to have illegally entered Tattooville, or another part of the business in Neptune on Route 35. 

Williams was indicted on one count of third degree receiving stolen property for allegedly taking assorted jewelry valued in excess of $500 from the same business. She was also indicted on one count of third degree fencing for taking the jewelry on or about November 12, 2012.

In other indictments:

John A. Paradise, 30, of Maple Ave. in Farmingdale was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to the indictment, on or about July 17, 2012 Paradise was found to be in possession of alprazolam in Middletown.
