Howell Resident Indicted on Drug Charges

Indictments handed down by Monmouth County grand juries

Zachariah T. Famula, 24 of Brookview Court was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance by a Monmouth County grand jury. 

According to the indictment Famula was found on or about March 21 to be in possession of alprazolam.

  • Dominick Pondaco Jr., 33, of Jackson was indicted on one count of third degree receiving stolen property and one count of third degree possession of a motor vehicle with an altered trademark or identification number.  According to the indictment on or about July 25 Pondaco was found in Howell in possession of a 2001 Kawasaki motorcycle "knowing it had been stolen, or believing that it had probably been stolen." The motorcycle is alleged to have had the "trademark, distinguishing or identification number, or serial number or mark had been removed, covered, altered, changed, defaced, destroyed or obliterated."
  • Carole Carney, 24, of Windeler Road was indicted on one count of third degree burglary, one count of fourth degree theft of movable property and one count of third degree conspiracy. On or about April 1 Carney is alleged to have unlawfully entered a vehicle in West Long Branch and taking a purse and its contents valued in excess of $200.
  • Kristin Galary, 32, of Concord Circle was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. On or about May 22 Galary was found in possession of zolpidem in the township.
