Keyport Man Indicted on Howell Theft Charge

A Monmouth County grand jury handed up the indictment last Wednesday

A Keyport man was indicted last Wednesday on allegations he used deception to steal car parts and dumpster containers valued in excess of $500.

Police say that James Bishop, 49, deceived an unidentified individual as well as Future Sanitation and Recycling on various dates between Sept. 2011 and Feb. 2012 in Howell Township. He is charged with one count of third degree theft by deception.
