Police: Marijuana Farmer Arrested After Hunt

Man charged with operating a growing facility out of a Danella Way home

The man police have been looking for in connection with a large-scale marijuana farm found in a Danella Way home last week has been arrested, authorities said.

Guillermo D. Fabian, 33, who rented the 67 Danella Way home where o operating at the home was arrested and jailed on Tuesday.

No one was home at the time of the early-morning raid, police have said.  An arrest warrant does not say where or how Fabian was located.

Warrants were issued for Fabian's arrest following the discovery of the marijuana facility. Fabian turned himself in this week, according to Eileen Dodd, Howell Police spokeswoman.

Fabian was charged with operating a marijuana production facility, possession of marijuana and possession of more than 25 pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute, according to the warrant.

Fabian was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $350,000 bail. He was still being held Thursday, according to jail records.
