Alleged Marijuana Farmer Indicted Following Danella Way Arrest

Charges include possession of a controlled dangerous substance and criminal mischief.

Union resident Guillermo D. Fabian was a long way from home when he was renting a home on Danella Way in Howell but according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office the 34-year-old was up to no good during his time in the township.

Fabian was arrested back in May after police discovered what was described as marijuana farm in a house he rented on Danella Way. As a result of the arrest he was charged with one count of first degree maintaining or operating a controlled dangerous substance production facility.

The indictment said the facility was first discovered on or about March 29. It is a first degree charge because it was used to manufacture more than five pounds of marijuana with more than 10 plants.
