Middletown First Aid Announces New Officers

The all-volunteer organization is comprised of five first aid and rescue squads.

The Township of Middletown EMS Department has announced its new officers for 2013.

The elected officers are Fortunato Campesi (Middletown First Aid), who will serve as Director; Craig Schwarz (Port Monmouth First Aid), who will be Deputy Director; Christine Romo (Leonardo First Aid), serving as Secretary, Karen Hopkins (Fairview First Aid), who will be Treasurer; and Sue Romo (Leonardo First Aid), the new Budget Secretary.

The Township of Middletown EMS Department is an all-volunteer organization overseeing the administration of the five volunteer first aid and rescue squads in Middletown Township.

The squads are Fairview First Aid Squad of Middletown, Leonardo First Aid & Rescue Squad, Lincroft First Aid & Rescue Squad, Middletown Township First Aid & Rescue Squad, and Port Monmouth First Aid Squad.

These squads, with over 125 volunteers, provide Middletown Township with emergency medical, rescue, and marine rescue services.
