Police: Morganville Man Conceals Lord & Taylor Watch in Shirt
The man faces one criminal charge after he allegedly attempted to steal a watch from Lord & Taylor.
Freehold Township Police arrested a Morganville man after he allegedly attempted to conceal a watch from a department store at the nearby Freehold Raceway Mall.
Jesse A. Jecas, 21, of Sussex Road, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 13. According to his complaint warrant, Jecas attempted to leave Lord & Taylor while concealing a watch inside his shirt. The watch was valued at $250.
Jecas’ complaint warrant notes that a Lord & Taylor employee stopped him from leaving the store. Jecas has been remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) on $1,000 bail.
