Suspects Sought in Howell Home Invasion

One minor injury from Sunday morning incident

At 1:45 on Sunday morning officers from the Howell Police Department responded to a home on Fort Plains Road to investigate a home invasion.

A press release from the department reported that the home was forcibly entered with the suspects showing a small handgun. The press release said a woman in the house was struck by the gun which caused a minor injury. The victims were also reportedly pepper sprayed during the home invasion.

Along with the adults there were also children in the house, one of whom was threatened, but none of them were injured. The victims reported three males entered the house and took cash before leaving.

The incident is still under investigation. The investigating officers are Ptl. Vincent Bonner, Ptl. Nick Bondarew and Det. Chris Nagy
