Amy Labella, 20, of Windeler Rd. was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance by a Monmouth County Grand Jury.
According to the indictment on or about Dec. 23 of last year Labella was found to be in possession of a heroin in the township.

Russell Schoemer, 23, of Point Pleasant was indicted on one count of theft of movable property. According to the indictment between January and February of this year Schoemer is alleged to have copper wiring valued in excess of $500.
