What are they burning in there? I just drove past there about an hour ago. Poor visibility on the highway, like Smog, from whatever they're doing in there. Was difficult to breathe. Everybody in our vehicle was 'gagging'!

If they stopped abusing drugs and alcohol,to they would be able to keep a job and have a place to live. many of them get govt money that they don't need if they just stopped their lifestyle!
