I would like to tell the citizens of Howell that I am not a politician. I am a woman farmer who cares about the needs of the community. I intend to make our local government transparent, fiscally responsible, polite, efficient, user friendly, responsive, and helpful with a rural country feeling to everyone. I want them to know that I will be available to them whenever they need me. One of my objectives is to bring our very large community together and help one another during these difficult times. I want to bring back recreation for the people, I want to give citizens the opportunity to learn basic skills for survival in difficult times with low cost workshops and hands on training. I would like to see a public transportation set up to help relieve some of the heavy traffic on route 9. I also want to put a stop to spending to control our property taxes.
