UPDATE: Howell Municipal Offices to Open at Noon

Originally scheduled to open at 10:30.

As work continues to clear the roads from Thursday night’s snowstorm Howell municipal offices will be working on a delayed opening.

According to information provided by the township non-snow emergency personnel will be reporting to work at 10:30 a.m. while public safety and snow removal operations personnel will report as scheduled.

With the Howell Public Schools and Freehold Regional Schools as well as the local private schools closed many area children will be enjoying a three day weekend. Residents are reminded that all sidewalks are to be cleared of snow within 12 hours of the end of the storm and are encouraged to help elderly or disabled neighbors keep their properties clear.
