Last Chance: Voter Registration Deadline Today

Today is the deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 6 elections. 

Here's information on how to get on the rolls if you haven't yet registered: 

Register in person

Howell residents can pick up a registration form at the township clerk's office at the new Municipal Building located at 4567 Route 9. For more information, call 732-938-4500.

Residents also can go directly to the county clerk's office at 33 Mechanic St., Freehold. For more information, call 732-431-7324.

Register by mail

Print and fill out a Voter Application Form. Mail the form to:

Monmouth County Commissioner of Registration 
PO Box 1267 
Freehold, NJ 07728-9912

The state makes it easy — the application form can be mailed for free by following the folding and taping instructions.

College students

College students are permitted to vote from their college address or their parents’ homes. They must file a new application if they’re not already registered where they choose to vote.
