The Manasquan Reservoir will once again welcome boaters, fishermen and all nature lovers back to their tranquil waters starting on March 1.
The reservoir's boat ramp, located on Windeler Road, will be open through the end of November for anyone interested in taking to the water. Passes for the launch are available for $6 daily or $46 for the year.
According to the county, which runs the ramp, there is only electric power permitted and New Jersey State Boating laws and Park system rules and regulations are in effect on the water. A NJ Boating Safety Card must also be presented for motorboats and boaters 16-69 are required to have a valid fishing license.
