Senator's Staff Coming to Howell Today

Residents invited to meet them at the library

Representatives from Sen. Frank Lautenberg's office will be coming to the Howell Library today to help with constituent services.

The staff has been making stops all over the state to help with federal issues including "Social Security, Medicare, federal taxes, immigration and veterans services," according to his office.

The representatives will be at the library from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Why can't Frank do it? He gets paid the big bucks and government pension but he can't even visit with us lowly taxpayers. What a joke!!

With his advanced age and the things he has been saying over the last several years, do you really think he would be able to help anyone let alone understand what they are saying? He probably thinks Fort Monmouth is still open.

Oh, yeah, this is a guy we should listen too.lol What does his staff do? prop him up?

Let's ask them
1. What is Frank doing to help create jobs in NJ? 2. What is Frank doing to help lower NJ property taxes? 3. What is Frank doing to lower the budget deficit? 4. How does raising taxes create jobs? He is our Senator. It's time he told us specifically his plans.

Frank Lautenberg and Bob Menendez are disgraces. I can barely afford to fill up my gas tank these days working 2 jobs. Oh yeah, we are so much better off.

Tough to get around when you are 1000 years old. Frank belongs in a nursing home, not the US Senate.
KingNeptune September 29, 2012 at 06:19 am
Stupid NJ voters will still probably re elect him if he runs again.
John Hayes September 29, 2012 at 12:07 pm
Please stop disrespcting Frank Lautenberg, may he rest in peace.

Doesn't NJ get the least back in Federal funds then any other state in the nation? Yeah, great job guys. Or should I say losers...
Greg Thompson September 29, 2012 at 02:16 pm
And by the way. These services they speak of are now called "Benifits" like we didn't put money in weekly from our pay checks...
