Free Legal Assistance ~ Legal Access Partnership Program

The Superior Court of NJ, Monmouth Vicinage, Self-Help Resource Center, and Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services will provide free legal assistance to qualified low-income & elderly residents of Monmouth County.  Eligible individuals will receive 30 minutes of free legal advice on a number of topics. 

Those who pass the initial screening for eligibility will receive an appointment.  For screening or to schedule an appointment contact the Self-Help Resource Center at 732-677-4595 or email monombudsman@judiciary.state.nj.us.
