Howell Schools Have Short Schedule Ahead of Thanksgiving

Depending on how the week goes Howell Public School students will either have a quiet lead into the Thanksgiving holiday or a hectic one.

Parent teacher conferences start in the district on Monday which means half day schedules for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Schools will then be closed on Thursday and Friday for the holiday weekend before returning to the regular schedule on Monday.

Schools will then operate on a regular schedule for the first three weeks of December before closing on December 23 for the holiday break. Howell Public Schools will then reopen on January 2, 2014.

The Freehold Regional High School District will run on a regular schedule on Monday and Tuesday before early dismissal on Wednesday. Schools will then be closed on Thursday and Friday. Schools will reopen on Monday for a regular schedule with a delayed opening planned for Thursday December 5. The high school winter break starts with a scheduled early dismissal on December 20 and runs until January 2.
