GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL BOYS IN MONMOUTH COUNTY . . . COME OUT TO QUAIL HILL CAMP OPEN HOUSE . . .

Take a moment to remember what it was like to be a young boy in the summer . . . did you enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, playing games with friends . . .  Quail Hill is a safe place where a boy can be a boy.   Come to one or all of Quail Hill’s OPEN HOUSES on April 14, May 20, and June 10, and see that we have all of this and much more to offer such as BB Range, Archery Range, Nature Trails, Day Camp, Overnight Camping, friendship, sportsmanship, citizenship. . .   

You are invited to bring your entire family out to visit our camp, and you can bring your non-scout friends too!  This year we are even offering a camp special for incoming Tiger Scouts.  Tiger Scouts are boys going into the first grade. These incoming Tigers will have the opportunity to go to day camp for 50% off this summer.  If you are not a Scout already, and have an interest in joining scouting, you may also do so at one of our OPEN HOUSES. 

Tours of the Quail Hill Scout Reservation, which will include the BB & Archery Ranges, Kiely Pond (best fishin’ hole ever), pool, and the Locust Hill nature trail, will begin at 1 pm and at 3 pm and will begin at the Quail Hill Lawrence Lodge on APRIL 14, MAY 20, or JUNE 10. 

Join us on May 20 for an afternoon of fun-filled activities at “NO CHARGE” at Quail Hill Scout Reservation including BB, Archery, scout demonstrations, games, and “seasoned” Scout Leaders will be on hand to answer any question you may have about the camp as well as scouting, and what it has to offer boys.  Activities on May 20 will begin at 10 am and conclude at 2 pm.  A Tour will be held at 3 pm.  Quail Hill Scout Reservation is owned by the Monmounth Council, Boy Scouts of America, Manalapan, NJ, and is located at 56 La Valley Drive, Manalapan, NJ 07726.   

Leaders, for a limited time only, Quail Hill has put out a fantastic special for you to take advantage of for your Pack or Den.  For only $100, you can hold a Quail Hill BBQ & Pool Party (2 hour pool) with the use of the BB & Archery Ranges (1 hour each) and 3 ft grill.  You must have a BSA or Red Cross Certified Lifeguard on hand (or pay additional $10 hr) and have one lifeguard for every 30 swimmers, and supply your own certified BB/Archery instructor.  Be sure to book early these slots are sure to fill up quickly.
