Rebels' Forwards Named to All-Star Roster

After carrying Howell to their third straight winning season, two of the the Rebels' first forward line will represent the blue and grey in the Shore Conference All-Star game.

Seniors Eddie Pyskaty and Mike Liero — both of whom joined the 100-point club in December — will play for the Shore B/C team on Sunday, Mar. 20 at 5 p.m. at Gold Coast Arena.

The two seniors played on arguably the most lethal line in the conference, along with junior Mike Kochenash, as Howell reached the semi-finals in their first appearance in the Handchen Cup before they were upset in the first round of the state playoffs.

Pyskaty and Liero both joined the 100-point club after just three seasons, as the Rebels program opened in just 2008. They were also part of that 2008-2009 team who won the Dowd Cup.

Howell joined the Shore 'B' this season after divisional re-alignment within the Shore Conference.
