Less than a day after Gov. Chris Christie delivers on Tuesday his budget address for fiscal year 2015, he’ll be holding a town hall in his home county of Morris.

The governor’s office announced Christie will conduct his 111th town hall in Long Hill Township on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Christie will highlight his budget and reform initiatives following the address, and answer questions from the audience.

Christie held his first town hall of 2014 on Thursday in Middletown, where the focus was on Superstorm Sandy recovery aid and the red tape New Jersey has had to fight through with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

The topic of “Bridgegate” – a scandal surrounding the governor’s administration is regarding Fort Lee lane closures to the George Washington Bridge in September 2013 being handled as political retribution – was ignored by audience members.

Averaging more than 25 town hall sessions each year he’s been in gubernatorial offices, the meetings have become stages for the governor and New Jersey residents to interact less formally, often times bringing out Christie’s subtle and not-so-subtle side.

Doors open for the event at 9:30 a.m. and seating is on a first come, first served basis. No bags of any kind are permitted and all personal items are subject to a search.

The event will be held in the Long Hill Community Center at 1229 Valley Road and South Warren Avenue in Stirling. Residents are encouraged to RSVP to townhall.longhill@gov.state.nj.us.

If you like your shrink, you can keep your shrink, but you've got to keep your appointments! It's beginning to show! Keep taking the meds too!

Long Hill, you've got to be joking right? What, are there twelve people living there? Is your "goon squad" on vacation? C'mon Gov. Numbnuts, nobody believes you anymore. Are you going to stage some more cute little kids? Hands off, please! If you had balls as big as the rest of you, you'd go to Fort Lee and answer the tough questions! It's becoming obvious what a complete loser you really are. There's a bridge in Long Hill, let's hope the lanes are closed! You SUCK!

Everyone knows the only reason the Democrat Party haters (public service union members) have reenergized their criticism of Christie is bc he temporarily polled better than Hillary in some ridiculously early Prez straw polls. Dems should just thank CC for hugging Obamao and getting him re-elected - and move on to the next potential RINO candidate. He did himself in with the hug.
