Long before the Lakewood BlueClaws continue their series with the tonight fans are invited to FirstEnergy Park to help support a good cause.
The team will be holding a blood drive with the Central Jersey Blood Center starting at 7 a.m. and running until 2 p.m. In a press release the team said the drive was being held "as this is the time of year when donations are in the greatest need."
Not only do donors get two free tickets to a future game but each hour a raffle will be held with the winners getting tickets to use a SkyBox for tonight's game.

Donors are encouraged to eat before taking part in the drive. All donors must be at least 16-years-old and weigh at least 120 with a valid signature ID. For more information go to the blood center's website or call 732-842-5750 ext. 225.
