I couldn't tell you how the fresh the flowers were or what they looked like since my wife never got them. I placed an order on their website late one night and Bloomies canceled the order the next morning. Unfortunately they only sent an email which I didn't receive until 4pm since I was at work. I filled in 2 phone numbers on the ordering page and neither one of them was used to let me know the order was canceled. If I had got a phone call I could've changed my order to something they had in stock. I don't know why they want your phone number(s) if they're not going to use them. Now I have to wait to get my refund. Thanks for nothing.
