I saw one of the Howell Police Officers in a local pizza parlor and asked him who he would recommend to call as the best tree service in town. He said Ultimate so I went online and Googled them. Since then, they have worked at my house twice now and also my sisters house in Candlewood. This was the best tree service i have ever dealt with. They told me they would be here at 9am and they where. My yard wasn't an easy job with the trees being close to the house and sheds but they did it with no problems. The owner is a sweetheart and made sure i was completely satisfied. I will be calling them again and will refer them to everyone. BTW several of my neighbors saw the great job and have requested there business as well.

Outstanding service! Bernie and his crew cut down 4 trees and grinded the stumps. Bernie provided a copy of his insurance and after a brief conversation I knew he was the man for the job. Ultimate Tree Service is not the cheapest but they did a very high quality job, also my property was cleaned up much nicer than I expected which was impressive. You get what you pay for in my opinion. PS - Bernie the owner produced full proof of insurance at the time of estimate. A++++++++

I live in South Florida and went online to find a tree service in Howell for my 78 year old mother after Hurricane Sandy....my mother had a large tree fall on her car. Bernie the owner showed up for estimate on time as promised then showed up 2 days later as promised to do the job. I was shocked that there is a company out there who delivers like Ultimate did. Ultimate Tree Service has done work on several homes on my street after Hurricane Sandy. I am the latest homeowner thrilled with the work done at my property. I needed stump removal of 3 earth size oak tree systems that were fully uprooted. Bernie had the biggest monster size stump grinder I have ever seen. It did the job that another tree service looked at and walked away from. Highly recommended.

It was a privilege to have a professional like Bernie and his crew work at my house on Aldrich Road in Howell. I had 2 other local tree service owners from Howell show up for the estimate on my work that Hurricane Sandy created. As a construction company owner, I know the term "sometimes you hire the person, not the job." Bernie's price wasn't cheaper that the others, I might add. After meeting with the other company owners I did just that, I hired Bernie. I just knew I'd get quality by talking with him for 5 minutes. I just felt more comfortable with Bernie. Today I had 4 chestnut oak trees removed by Ultimate Tree Service on my property in Howell. I was referred to them by my friend who lives in Ramtown. I must say Bernie the owner and his crew delivered what they promised. They also cut all of the wood for me in firewood length sections for my wood burning stove and if you saw my front yard you would not even know they were here!! A class operation all the way!!
