The final step in the "Three schools, one community," area of the Howell Board of Education, Middle School South is…More one of three 6-8 schools in the district. Located close to the Greenville School and the Ramtown School, Middle School south is another successful jewel in Howell.
With close to 900 students the school offers a wide variety of programs both during the school day and after to enhance their experience during their three years in the building.

Those residents of Howell who were lost in the national tragedy have their names on a display in the school.
Both inside and out of the classroom, students of Memorial Middle School have a wide variety of activities to choose from all aimed at enhancing their experience. In combination with Middle School North and Middle School South, Memorial is one of three schools that eventually feed to one of the three high schools that Howell students attend as part of the Freehold Regional High School District.

As one successful unit of elementary schools in the district Ramtown School and its Parent Teacher Organization have worked together to build an all around solid program to benefit the students.
