Jersey Shore's Own Sandy Benefit Concert
An upcoming concert will benefit five charities that have aided and continue to aid victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Suffice it to say, On the Beach: A Sandy Relief Concert is no 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief. Perhaps that’s not such a bad thing. The latter concert raised millions of dollars for the Robin Hood Foundation’s Sandy relief fund with an aged lineup of sometimes-shirtless rock icons and was broadcast throughout the world on television, radio and the Internet. The concert helped highlight the need that followed Hurricane Sandy and has resulted in millions of grant dollars being distributed to various organizations, a majority of them in New York City. tina i wish that monies raised went to people who need it...maybe if you filed a claim with fema and were turned down, send them a check...everyone is putting out their savings etc to fix damage from this storm..i would like to get some reimbursement...wheres the red cross money etc?   more ›
