Monmouth County Grand Jury hands up indictments
Julie Dunham, 43, of East 3rd Street was indicted on several drug related charges by a Monmouth County Grand Jury. Dunham was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to the indictment on or about November 23, 2012 Dunham was allegedly found to have oxycodone in the township. She was also indicted on one count of second degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance for allegedly intending to distribute the drug. She also was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance for allegedly being found with methadone on or about the same date. She also faces one count of third degree possession with intent to distribute for that drug as well.

Charges include conspiracy and burglary
A group including six Howell residents and one from Brick face several charges after indictments were handed up by a Monmouth County Grand Jury following an incident in Howell and Millstone last year. The Howell residents are Nicholas E. Formica, 18, of Bunkerhill Drive, Roger E. Jones, 18, of Ford Road, Suquan I. Nolan, 18, of Peackock Place, Joseph H. Valenti, 19, of Kent Road, Kevin C. Mikkelson, 29, of Kent Road, Brandon J. Iuzzolino, 21 of Mistaire Place and Chad A. Clune, 19 of Starboard Road in Brick. The first count of the indictment is a charge of second degree conspiracy filed against Formica, Jones, Nolan and Valenti. Indictments handed down by Monmouth County Grand Juries
Donna L. Fairbairn, 50, of Oak Glen Road was indicted on two counts by a Monmouth County grand jury for incidents occurring around the county between October and December of last year. Fairbairn was indicted on one count of third degree forgery for allegedly forging checks in and around Manasquan, Sea Girt and Wall. She was also indicted on one count of third degree theft by deception for obtaining more than $500 as a result of the alleged forgery. In other indictments: Martin C. Kirsch, 25, of East 3rd Street and Erik E. Holton, 19 of West 5th Street were each indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office announces indictements
Marco A. Ayala, 19, of East 6th Street was indicted on two charges by a Monmouth County Grand Jury including one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance and one count of fourth degree obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function. According to the indictment on or about August 25, 2012 Ayala was arrested in the township in possession of heroin. Monmouth County grand jury hands down indictments
Shaun P. McNeil, 28, of Swan Road was indicted on several charges by a Monmouth County Grand Jury related to a November 2012 burglary of the Farmingdale Pharmacy. McNeil was indicted on one count of third degree burglary when, according to the indictment, on or about November 2 of last year he illegally entered the Farmingdale Pharmacy. He was also indicted on one count of third degree theft of movable property for taking items the indictment identified as "controlled dangerous substances and or prescription medications." A Freehold resident has been indicted on a terroristic threats charge and an eluding charge.
A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Freehold man after he allegedly threatened to kill another person. Michael P. Fleming, 30, of Manchester Court, has been indicted on two criminal charges following an Aug. incident. According to Fleming’s indictment, he threatened to kill a man. The alleged threat put the man in imminent fear for his life because he felt the threat could be carried out. In addition to the terroristic threats charge, Fleming has been indicted on an eluding charge after he knowingly fled from two law enforcement officers. Charges stem from incidents in Howell in November
Andrea E. Christo, 35, of Cranbury was indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury on two counts for an incident that occurred in Howell in November. Christo faces one count of third degree uttering a forged instrument for using a forged prescription blank at the Future Pharmacy. Christo also faces one count of third degree attempted obtaining of a controlled dangerous substance by fraud for trying to get oxycodone on Nov. 25, 2012 by "forgery, deception or subterfuge." Charges stem from August incident
A group of six Howell residents and a Manasquan man were indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury on a total of seven charges stemming from an incident in August of 2012. Kevin Keeton, and Laura A. Adamavage, both 22 and Jennifer Stephenson, 59, were indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. On or about Aug. 17, 2012 they were found to be in possession of heroin in the township. The three were also indicted on one count of fourth degree unlawful possession of a weapon for being in possession of knives at the time. Allegedly used fake prescription blanks
Timothy J. Kinney, 25, of Sunset Lane was indicted on two counts by a Monmouth County Grand Jury after allegedly using a forged prescription blank at a local pharmacy. Kinney faces one count of third degree uttering a forged instrument. According to the indictment on or about Oct. 3 Kinney attempted to use the forged form at the Quail Creek Pharmacy. He also faces one count of third degree attempted obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud as a result of the incident.

Monmouth County Grand Jury hands down indictments
Beatriz Vega, 27, of Freehold was indicted on one count of third degree impersonation, theft of identity. Between Sept. 1, 2009 and Aug. 1, 2012 is charged with "obtaining personal identifying information," of a person in Howell, Freehold Township and Freehold Borough. The indictment from a Monmouth County Grand Jury said Vega committed the crime, "for the purpose of obtaining or attempting to obtain a pecuniary benefit of a value in excess of $500 or services, or avoid the payment of debt or other legal obligation or avoid prosecution for a crime by using the name of the other person."
