Twin Pond Farm is Your Choice for Howell's Best Deli

Overwhelming winner in Readers' Choice poll

Driving along Route 9 North it is almost impossible to miss Twin Pond Farms whether it is the spring and summer and their garden center is in full bloom, fall when the pumpkins are out or winter when they are a popular spot for holiday decorations. This week we asked where you go to get your deli fix in Howell and by an overwhelming majority you said your first choice is their Country Market. In addition to the fully stocked deli the market is also the place to get fresh fruits and vegetables, apple cider donuts and a number of other items.  Out of 73 votes cast Twin Pond received 52 votes. Their closest competition was Sporaco's Italian Deli & Catering which received 12 votes.  Thank you to everyone who voted in this week's poll.

Where do you take mom on her special day?

This year Mother's Day falls on May 13, which means you still have a little less than two weeks to make your plans for the day. Longtime establishment easily claims title

When it comes to flowers, this week's Readers' Choice Poll showed a clear winner in where you go when you need a florist. Readers' Choice: Favorite Florist

Where do you go to get your floral decorations?

Whether it is for Mother's Day on May 13, National Secretary's Day on Wednesday or just to make someone smile, there is no limit to the reasons people buy flowers.  As part of our next Readers' Choice Poll we want to know where you go to get the flowers. Sure you can buy flowers online or over the phone, but sometimes you just need to go in and see what the shop has to offer.  Here in Howell we have plenty of places to get that colorful creation from the long established shops to the newcomers looking to make a name for themselves. Some of the florists in Howell also stray off the Route 9 corridor providing their crafts for residents in all parts of town and the surrounding area.  Voting for your favorite places is easy. All you have to do…
