Delaware man, 34, jailed on sexual assault charges
A Delaware man has been arrested and charged in connection with a sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl on a class trip to Great Adventure on April 27, Jackson police said. Glen F. San-Andreas, 34, of Wilmington, Del., is charged with second degree sexual assault and second degree endangering the welfare of a child. He is jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail, pending extradition to New Jersey, the release says. San-Andreas was a chaperone on the class trip and took the girl to a secluded area and assaulted her, the release says. Detective Mitch Cowit of the Jackson Police Department and a member of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office went to Delaware to interview San-Andreas, leading to the arrest.

Musician's Workshop teacher Frank Diliberto, Jr allegedly sexually assaulted a student
A Musician’s Workshop guitar teacher has been charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child after investigators discovered he was spanking a music student for his own sexual fulfillment, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced Friday. The alleged assault of the student, who was under 13, took place some time in the past few months. Manalapan resident Frank Diliberto, Jr., 60, was arrested Thursday evening, police said. He is currently being held in Monmouth County Correctional Institute on $200,000 bail with no option to post 10 percent of the bond. Bail was set by Monmouth County Superior Court Judge David F. Wall Police believe man has left the area, asking for public's help locating him
Police are looking for a man they say sexually abused a child and may have fled the area. Wall Police are searching for Martin Luis, 36, who had a last known address on 6th Avenue in Neptune Township, Lt. Walter Pomphrey said. Luis is described as a Hispanic male, approx 5-foot 5-inches, with brown eyes and short black hair, Pomphrey said. An arrest warrant was issued for Luis on one count of second degree Aggravated Sexual Assault and one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The crime was not random, Pomphrey said. Bail is to be set on arrest, he said. Grand jury hands up a 4-count indictment Monday
A Wall man has been charged with the rape of a 13-year-old child, according to court documents. A grand jury on Monday handed up a four-count indictment against Jahvon W. Stroud, of New Bedford Road, for the alleged sexual assault of the minor on May 18, according to the indictment. The incident occurred in Wall. The indictment does not say where. Stroud, 19, is charged with second degree sexual assault and second degree sexual assault with a minor between the ages of 13 and 16, according to the indictment. He also is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child — one involving the 13-year-old and another involving an 8-year-old child on the same day. Man faces three charges including sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Howell man after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child while in Freehold Borough. Earlier this year, Kyle Riker, 25, of North American Drive, was arrested by Freehold Borough Police after he allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old child. Following his arrest, an indictment was handed down by a grand jury on Friday, Sept. 7. Riker was charged with sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. According to the indictment, Riker had assumed responsibility of the child during the time of the incident. His alleged action classifies the child as an abused or neglected child.

What?! Is it only a crime if the 12 yr old screams? He was responsible for her and she probably went with him even if she were uncomfortable about it. Some victims don't even speak up right away which does not make it less of a crime. Please don't downplay what happened to this child.   more ›
