an Ex Pat of Brooklyn
I am a proud resident of prestigious Howell, New Jersey since 1999. Born and raised in Brooklyn, I graduated from the performing arts high school of Edward R. Murrow. From Murrow I attended Kingsborough Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree with a concentration in Business Law. I attended the Paralegal studies program at Long Island University the Brooklyn Campus and simultaneously began working for Cullen & Dykman Law Firm doing real estate closings on residential properties representing various lenders during the real estate boom time of the mid-1980s. After acquiring two years of very valuable experience I was offered a job as the Paralegal Supervisor of Segal, Goodman and Goodman Law Firm and shortly thereafter was offered a position in the very well-known and respected firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan where I was involved in all phases of real estate transactions all over the country as well as some ancillary assignments in Trusts & Estates and Corporate.
I am an avid real estate lover. I have invested in real estate and have personally been involved with hands on renovations of one and two family houses over the years which blessed me with an above average knowledge of construction, calluses on my hands and tolerance for electrical shocks, cuts, splinters and swollen thumbs from missed hammer swings. I really enjoy all aspects of real estate. Real Estate is my passion, my vocation. I have conducted over 2,000 closings in my career as a Real Estate Paralegal. I am a problem solver who enjoys a good challenge with a motto that “there is more than one way to skin a cat”. My extensive career as a Real Estate Paralegal uniquely qualifies me to negotiate for both buyers and sellers. I understand financing from the perspective of consumers and lenders, title reports, insurance. I developed a tough skin as a child actor doing national commercials, TV documentaries, voice overs on the radio and some modeling. I love to cook and I love to eat. I am an active parishioner at St. Veronica’s Church in Howell and all my immediate family live in Howell and the surrounding towns of Freehold and Jackson. I am a strong supporter of our local schools, police and emergency first responders as well as St. Jude’s Hospital, Madonna House, Good Counsel Homes as well as local Food Pantries. My wife and I from time to time volunteer at local animal shelters and we are very strong supporters of animal rescue. We have rescued many dogs over the years and our latest companion is a beautiful Great Pyrenees rescued from a kill shelter in Tennessee. I attended and graduated from the Mulroy School of Real Estate with a certificate and a passing grade of 91% for the final exam and passed the New Jersey State Licensing Exam. Currently I am applying for admittance to The National Association of Realtors and plan on taking additional accredited courses in Real Estate as well as the required continuing education courses. My goal is to provide competent service of quality, care, skill and knowledge to all my clients, customers and my community at large. I hope to earn your business. You will not find a more dedicated or harder working Sales Agent. My clients are my greatest assest.
